Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the guardian of the school's mission and core values. The Board of Trustees is made up of 18 active members which stem from a combination of Cushman parents, alumni, past parents and community leaders. The Head of School and the President of the Cushman School Parent Association are ex-officio members. The Board of Trustees also currently includes four Distinguished Cushman Trustees.
The Distinguished Cushman Trustee is defined as a person who has contributed substantially and materially to the well being of The Cushman School and whose judgment and service the Board believes would be of benefit to the Corporation.
